Hello,

While I know I'll be able to process my pending subscription starting on Monday August 26, I do have some concerns with some items in the order. I know there's a backlog on emailed issues and I don't want this to be missed prior to the order process being completed.

I had won a PF2 lanyard in July on Twitch (I emailed Payton my details on July 22) and I requested the item be shipped with my subscription. I thought the item was free, but my order summary is showing there's a cost for the lanyard being shipped to me. Is the lanyard free or is there a cost for winning it on Twitch? If the lanyard isn't free, I'd rather it were removed from my order.

It was tagged as free but for some reason the system hadn't made it free. I have made it free manually. You will be receiving an email confirmation.
