Hopefully you're just really busy and this isn't a sign of your customer support slipping.
Usually you guys are all over this.
So, my shipment tried to ship but it apparently declined, I'm curious if that was because of failing the address or (most likely) not enough funds.
Either way I'd like it to ship next week, I'd it's failing because of the address thingy just email me what I need to do (and please confirm here that it was sent.

Hello Captain Yesterday,
I have suspended the order until the end of next week (I wasn't sure what day but it sounded like you may be waiting for a paycheck that are often at the end of the week). The decline we got was "General decline of the card. No other information provided by the issuing bank." This is a decline on your bank's end. They didn't give us anymore reason why they declined it. Usually if it is insufficient funds we get an insufficient funds decline. An address verification decline is a decline by our card processor and will tell us that is why it was declined.
