Thank you for letting us know. There is definitely something unusual going on with the order as I don't see any items in it either. I've asked the tech team to take a look. While they do that I recreated the order based on the email confirmation you had been sent. So that one is all ready to go (I also let the tech team know that so when they find out what's wrong they won't resend the items). When I tried to get it out the door I got a decline of "General decline of the card. No other information provided by the issuing bank." That is a decline on your bank's end and I don't have any information about why they declined it.
