Here is a good place to start to see the current items on sale.
They usually offer a holiday discount coupon to subscribers that can be redeemed in January.
There's also nearly always a "Black Friday" sale whenever that happens (I'm not a US person, so I can never remember - sometime in October/November?)
Beyond that, they tend to be ad-hoc, as suits the business - right now there's a decent PF1 clearance (half price on rulebooks, though my advice to PF1 collectors would be to focus on player companions and campaign setting books given the pocket editions will remain available medium term) you can find from the page I linked above, for example. No doubt as they clear the decks of old stock as part of the switchover to the new edition.
The link above also leads to the Going, Going Gone page - items which are nearly out of stock. If there are PF1 fans looking to fill out their collections, I'd definitely be going here to see what is imminently about to go out of print.
Actually, if you order anything or have an address in the system then you should get the Christmas card.
I've only been subscribing since Hell's Rebels and getting the Paizo Christmas card has been a welcome holiday tradition since well before that.

Yup, they mail them to everyone, I was willingly poor for a number of years to stay home with the kids and only got free stuff from the website.
In addition, the holiday discount code is available to everyone through the blog in December. Here is last year's.

Every year, I use it up buying one book as soon as that comes out and inevitably some huge, post-Christmas order in January.
