I have attempted multiple times unsuccessfully to order a copy of the PDF version of the PF2 Core Rulebook. When I click "place order" nothing happens and I get no confirmation. Also the product is still in my shopping cart. The debit for the product shows up on my bank account where it lingers for a few days until it eventually drops off because the sale did not go through. I'm not sure what could be going wrong and potentially I may be making an error and not realizing it. Any help that you could provide in resolving the issue would be most appreciated.

I posted a similiar issue about 15 hours ago and still have yet to recieve any help in resolving it. What was it you had to do, if you dont mind me asking?

It looks like everything in the pending order that is not a pre order shipped out. The last 2 items will ship out as they release.
I don't see any items in your cart. But I see an empty cart order. That definitely had something weird going on. It is unsubmitted and nothing is in it but it authorized and charged you for something. I am having the tech team look at it. I have issued a refund for the charge. You should be able to see it as soon as your bank processes it.
