I'm just checking in on my subscriptions. I realized I hadn't received any of the 2E books, yet, although I'm subscribed to the Rulebook subscription, and when I looked at my recent order history, I noticed that I hadn't been sent anything since May. Can you please check what's going on with my subscriptions?

Hello Void_Eagle,

Your subs were set for GenCon pickup but were not picked up. I have unset that and generated this months items to the order. You will be receiving an email confirmation. It is a really big order so if you want to move some of that to your sidecart let me know.

Thanks, but it all should be fine. It's odd it was set for GenCon pickup, since I've never done that. Wonder if it was stuck on that from PaizoCon?
