I updated the payment method and thought that was enough. Could we please re-run the transaction? I thought everything was going to be added to the next order. Order 8082937

Hello!

I haven't heard back from this yet, but when reviewing to see if anything had been fixed I noticed that I know longer have the grandfathered subscription for the Paizo advantage. I'm assuming it has to do with the issue from this order.

If this could please be corrected.

Hello Dragon,

We got the discount fixed so it is applying to the order now. You will be receiving an updated email confirmation. I also applied it to the order that shipped out and issued a refund for the difference to your original payment method. You will be able to see it as soon as your bank processes it.
