Part of Order 7962847 missing

Hello,

Seems I have bad luck with shipping - two orders in two years with this issue...hopefully this one ends up being found, but given the time frame on this one already, I'm not super optimistic.

The box with 2 items from this order has already arrived, but the other shipment with the flip-mat has its last activity on July 26th:

To be honest I had figured these would arrive while we were all at (or after) Gen Con anyway and I'd find them waiting for me at home - had I know this was there, I could have just had it sent to the hotel or something.

Given that it's approaching three weeks since it first shipped, I figured I should post and see if anything can be done to track it down from your end (all I'm told when I look into it is that the shipper has to be the one to make the inquiry).

I know things are often hectic after con season ends and that things are even more hectic now than in previous years, so I am sorry to be a bother. But, since it's been a week from my original post, I was wondering if there was any way to get a status update on this inquiry?
