While I understand that Pathfinder is what put Paizo on the map, doesn't it seem like Starfinder got put on the backburner somehow? Am I going crazy, or does it seem like aside from APs we aren't really getting any "spotlight"?
PF2e has not even been released yet and their deployment/rollout schedule overwhelms the front page. Meanwhile, Starfinder's page still says Beginner Box "coming this April"... a mere 4 months later?
Not to mention we still don't have solutions to some fairly obvious rules conflicts/rules questions. Does anyone think this system will make it as long as PF1e did or how long PF2e will?

Starfinder supplements have always come out very slowly. Alien Archive 3 and the Character Operations Manual both come out shortly.

PF2 came out last Thursday... The SF beginner box has been sitting on my shelf for a couple months now... Was this a forum hiccup?

FAQs would be appreciated, but unlikely until the next CRB printing. Hopefully some problematic items (RoF) get updated/fixed in the COM, but I wouldn't hold your breath.
I don't think they'll stop printing SFS scenarios anytime soon, as long as those keep going out, starfinder will keep getting content support.

I think the planning period for RPG books is quite considerable. Paizo probably has an idea of which books they want to sell in 2-3 years.
Starfinder's success and the demand for more stuff took them a bit by surprise. It's done better than expected, as it turns out there was really a big gap in the market for this kind of upbeat versatile sci-fantasy game. It slices, it dices, it does shadowrun, firefly, star trek and star wars, with a dash of alien if you like.
Starfinder was also a spin-off product of research they were doing for developing Pathfinder 2, so it's been in development for less time.
John Compton, the former PFS head developer is now going into Starfinder, which is a big boost to that team. I think Paizo putting one of their big guns there is a sign that they're serious about taking it forward.

With all that said, I am absolutely anxious for more Starfinder stuff, especially the upcoming Character Operations Manual.

Someone should grab all the most asked stuff and post it on the twitch chat live.
Is there a VOD or something that can be referenced?
