Was reading through the spells and noticed hurricanes are an effect you can use in spring, not summer or autumn.

It's the weather pattern of Golarion and not Earth.

In fairness their weather patterns would probably be a tiny bit messed up, compared to ours, what with a giant hurricane a-blowin' for the last 110 or so years, creatures that can control it, and other such shenanigans.
