Lets make a Rolly Polly

I am in need of some advice on my Spacefarer Armor Storm Soldier. Currently LvL 4, and current stats and what not can be found at Brolie.

I want him to be the rolling tank of fun/doom, but getting to the levels of, what to buy, what cool augments are out there, and feats. I have a lot of them!

If you want to be extra Rolly, check out the Anacite Laborer Frame power armor for when you want a level 7 armor.
