Order #7919768 - Missing Pathfinder Condition Card Deck

Hi Paizo CS folks,

It looks like the Pathfinder Condition Card Deck didn't get added to my order. It shows on the itemized order list but it never made it into one of the boxes that the order was broken down into. Granted, the order required 5 separate boxes and there was a lot of items in the order, so it isn't surprising that something did get overlooked - it happens; I do it all the time. I should have inventoried everything I ordered when it arrived but I'm just now getting to it. Could I get this rectified? I'm fine if it ships with my next subscription order and in no rush.

Hi Paizo CS folks,

I'm back. It would appear the PDF didn't get added to my account when the replacement order was generated (#8064425). When my subscription order was generated (#7919768), the PDF wasn't added then either. Would it be possible to rectify that?

That is correct. These are included in the Pathfinder Accessories subscription, aren't they? If I am mistaken then my apologies!

Hello Zhern,

You do not see a PDF because there is not a PDF for the cards. The card sets rarely have PDF versions.
