Chirurgeon class feature gives Lesser Elixir of Life at Level 1? It's a level 5 formula

Given that a Level 1 Alchemist can't create this formula with Advanced Alchemy, Quick Alchemy, or even regular crafting, why is this given at level 1? Shouldn't it be the Minor version of Elixir of life? Is this a typo? Are we human or are we dancer?

As much as I want this to be correct. I think it's an editing oversight. But I'm totally playing the "But the rulebook says..." card!

Page 292: "Lesser Elixir of Life: Drinking a lesser elixir of life
restores 1d6 Hit Points and grants a +1 item bonus to
saving throws against diseases and poisons for 10 minutes.

I think they might have made a last-minute change to the item levels/names for elixir of life and forgot to update references throughout the book.
