I would like to check on the status of my order. My account says complete but I don't have a shipping email. I got an email about billing issues, that should be taken care of, but I didn't get an email saying that it was ok.
I want to make sure everything is good to go.

Your order indicates to us that it left our warehouse on the 18th, and was delivered on the 24th. If the package did not reach you, it may be lost and we should replace the missing product.

Did the package ever arrive? If not, please double check the accuracy of your shipping address and let us know if we need to send a replacement. Thank you!
