Bestiary not included in Pathfinder Rulebook subscription?

Hi,

I sent an e-mail on Monday about this, but haven't gotten a reply. People seem to be getting replies here, so maybe my query went to the wrong place?

I recently started a Pathfinder Rulebook and chose to start with the 2e Core Rulebook with the expectation that the 2e Bestiary would also be a part of the subscription. I got the shipment and there was no Bestiary. I checked my account and the Bestiary was not on my order (I wasn't charged for it). I checked my subscription settings, and it shows the next book as Gamemastery Guide. Why wasn't the Bestiary part of my subscription? How do I add it to my subscription?

I'm sorry the system ignored this item for you. I have created an order for it with the shipping free and will push it to leave our warehouse promptly. This should mean that you still have access to the PDF on August 1st when it is updated, and no additional shipping costs for it leaving after the other items.
