Hey, Paizo!

I ordered three second edition books (the Core Rulebook, the Bestiary, and the Pathfinder Lost Omens World Guide) which I never thought I would do, but the changes post-playtest won me over pretty solidly. It's great work!

Unfortunately, my card has been declined three times. I checked with the card's issuer, and there's no stop or hold on the card. The problem isn't expiration date (as one automated email from customer service suggested) or insufficient funds, and it works elsewhere in person and online. This leads me to believe that it could be a problem on Paizo's end. I attempted the order a second time to double check the issue and make sure I had entered the card's information correctly (which may not have been very smart of me, as I now have two identical pending orders and will need to cancel one) but the same problem occurred regardless.

I sent out a couple of emails as the problem unfolded, but I know Paizo's Customer Service staff is a little overwhelmed right now and I thought I might be able to resolve the issue a bit more quickly here. I would really like these books come early August and I'm hoping that dream can still come true. Thanks for any help or advice in advance!

Thank you again for considering my request, but I would now like to cancel those two pending orders. I ended up pre-ordering through a local hobby shop so I could get them on August 1st. I'm still really excited for the books, but it turned out to be easier to get them this other way. Best of luck to everyone.

Its taking them about 4-5 business days this week to contact people. You should be soon I would assume since I have seen other Tuesday people get help.

That wouldn't surprise me, but I've already gone through with it and paid elsewhere, and don't require a second copy. I also won't have to wait for shipping. It's nothing against Paizo, I'll still be ordering plenty of more books through the site in the future. This is just the direction it went this time.
