Yep. Clicking Community and clicking the drop down next to Community and then clicking Forums both go to the forums.
The same is true if you click either Community or Forums in the forum addressing.
Ie:
Community/Forums/Paizo/General Discussion
Both of the first two go to the same place.
Edit: Technically they're different urls, but visually and functionally, they appear identical.
That was in response to community feedback.
A couple of website overhauls ago you had to go through the drop-down menu to get to the forums. There was a fair bit of irritation at that and the community header as a shortcut to the forums was introduced as an interim measure.
The complaints stopped after that so the interim measure became the solution.
Related issue that I stumbled across while looking at this myself: In the menu when going to Community>Guidelines, while hovering over "Guidelines", there is a submenu that just has a single link labeled "untitled" which goes to an empty page.
