And I just updated to Subscriptions on Order 7842154. Hopefully this doesn't mess anything up. I noted that Subscriptions will reduce the original preorder quantities for duplicates by 1? Can you please sanity check that I've got this right?

Looking over your orders the only item I see more than one copy of is the Core Rulebook. Were you wanting 2 of those, or do I need to cancel one of them.

Please keep the extra core rulebook (I would like two, please).

Also, I think some of the subscriptions started with earlier products than PF2? Thought I had fixed those, but apparently not. If that can be corrected, awesome! Basically: anything reflecting PF1 products (i.e. prior to PF2 launch) in subs should start with PF2.

Also also, I think with subscriptions I get free PFS sub? Not sure if that is reflecting.

Apologies for the mess. I am sure once we get clear of PF2 launch, all will go smoothly moving forwards as we settle into subscription mode.

Hello Anunnaki,

It looks like not only did a couple of those start with the PF1 items but they didn't send you the PF2 items. I wasn't able to stop the order as it is already out the door. When it gets to you you can return to sender the PF1 items and we can refund you for them.

I have generated the PF2 items that weren't shipped. Did you want me to ship them right away or put them in your sidecart?

Also, I'm not sure about the PFS subscription -- if I meet the subscription requirements, is that a freebie? I added it when I subscribed, but wasn't sure how it's supposed to work.

Hello Anunnaki,

I have set the PF2 items to ship out right away. You will be receiving an email confirmation.

Once the first item of each of the qualifying subscriptions has shipped out you will get the free scenarios. At that time you will be able to go to your My Subscriptions page and select which scenarios you want, PFS or SFS.
