E-mail them -- I had a similar problem, and fixing it required exchanging information that you don't want revealed here.
I would suggest calling them, but I am not sure exactly when they will be back in the office.

Your card is being declined. The decline we are getting is, "General decline of the card. No other information provided by the issuing bank." This is a decline on your banks end and I don't have any reason for why.
