Hi tech team
I just placed an order to add to my sidecart and on the final page it listed "promotions applied to this order".
The first was just Paizo advantage (which I presume is the grandfathered 15% off for continuous AP subscribers who received AP144).
The second was Paizo advantage (tier 1) - the new 4-subscription 15% off. I'm pretty sure that's supposed to be tier 2 as my subscriptions page lists 6 and seems to be giving me both PFS and SFS subscriptions.
Probably makes no difference to us, but I figured it might be screwing with your stats. :)

I have Paizo Advantage listed four different ways, once for each of the ways I qualified for it. So, if you indeed have six subscriptions, then your tier 1 entry should be followed by a tier 2 entry.
My best guess is that this site is not parsing out your "Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Superscriber" as covering multiple subscriptions, as it would have to cover at least three subscriptions for you to qualify for tier 2.

Gotcha.
I figured there's some reason and that ultimately it doesn't matter - the discount applies properly no matter how you're getting it, I'm sure.
(My guess was that the new Lost Omens sub hasn't "activated" yet).
The only reason I mention it is in case the site is automatically tallying order numbers/amounts or somesuch. I am getting both SFS and PFS subscriptions for nothing - so some part of the computer knows I have six subs, just not the order placing screen.
Cheers

Ah -- Found it. It is rather old and involves some obsolete subscriptions:
FYI:
Pathfinder Superscriber = Roleplaying Game + Adventure Path + Campaign Setting + Companion + Modules + Tales
GameMastery Superscriber = Maps + Cards
Paizo Superscriber = Pathfinder Superscriber + GameMastery Superscriber + Planet Stories
...and if you see "Charter" tucked in there somewhere, it means that person signed up for a paid Adventure Path subscription before we shipped the first volume, and that they have continued their subscription for every volume since.
(These are, of course, subject to change if the subscriptions we offer change.)

From what I can tell, the situation is somewhat complicated but there is not a bug at play (other than the display being unintuitive, which is still something we want to look into).
You are correct that at least one of your subs still needs to "activate". There are two stages to qualifying for some promotions: starting the required subscriptions, and having the first issue of each subscription ship. It seems like you qualify for Tier 2 Paizo Advantage the first way, which means your "My Subscriptions" page will show you as receiving both complimentary subscriptions. However, you will not have issues generated for both of these subscriptions until you have received the first issue of at least 6 qualifying subscriptions.
Regarding the display of order discounts, it looks like we're displaying all promotions for which the order qualifies, not all promotions that will be applied to the order. Specifically, the two 15% discounts are both ones you meet the requirements for, but they don't stack with each other. This is likely one of the aspects of checkout display that we'll change as part of a checkout overhaul we're planning.
