Missing pawn in box

Hello Customer Service,

I bought an Alien Archive 2 Pawn Box at a local game shop today (in Europe).
One of the pawns is missing, seems to have fallen out during production, but before packaging?
I do have the receipt, so should I sort this out with my shop?

The box was the last one they had on stock though.

Hello Mimski,

We usually ask that you try to exchange it at the store you purchased it from first as we have steps in place to replace damaged or defective items through distribution. If they cannot exchange it for you please let us know and we can get a replacement sheet sent out to you.
