Can my recent Patifinder subscription be changed to start with the Bestiary instead of the CRB?
Also can you please change both my Pathfinder and Starfinder subs as well as my collector's CRB to Gencon pickup?

I have canceled the Core Rulebook generated form the subscription, the subscription remains active and should just generate the Bestiary for you when we auth these orders.
I cannot set the collectors CRB to be able to be picked up at GenCon. We are only able to allow GenCon pickup for subscription items, so the items you pick up must be from a subscription you have.
You can set your subscriptions to GenCon pickup in the "My subscriptions" section of your "Account Settings". There will be an option near the bottom to opt in for GenCon pickup (click the words, not the bubble, it's quirky like that).
