missing card from Mummy's Mask: Adventure Deck 6

I recently got the Mummy's Mask Adventure Deck 6: Pyramid of the Sky Pharaoh deck and sorted through the cards and have just noticed that the loot card, Cartouche of Protection, mentioned in the Crypt of Earth scenario is missing.

Would there be any way to get the missing card Cartouche of Protection loot card please?

Unfortunately though I've just also found out that both loot cards from the Mummy's Mask Adventure deck 6 are missing as I just played through the final scenario today and upon closing the location realised that the other loot card, Khepresh of Refuge, is also missing from the Mummy's Mask Adventure Deck 6: Pyramid of the Sky Pharaoh. Would it be possible to obtain a copy of the missing loot, Khepresh of Refuge please?
