Hi!
I ordered a Pathfinder Adventure Chest on Monday evening, using a gift voucher from PaizoCon. I just realized that I never got a confirmation from the order, though, and I'm not seeing the order in my account. The voucher still shows as redeemed, and the $10 store credit I had was also used up. Any help would be appreciated!

Hello cartmanbeck,
I see the voucher attached to your cart, but I do not see any items in your cart. There is no submitted order for the Adventure Chest on your account. I think you should be able to just add the adventure chest ot your cart and complete checkout.
Please let us know if this gives you any further difficulty.

Hey there cartmanbeck,
I took a look into your cart, and the error message I'm seeing on my end is that there's a "general decline of the card, no other information provided by the issuing bank." I tried to submit the order on our end, but I got the same error message as well. I would contact your bank to see if they can give you any advice, and if not we'll have to talk to our tech team and see if there's anything else on our side that may be interfering.
