Order #7862212 PF Battles discount not working properly

Hi Paizo CS people

It's not a lot of money, but I figure it may well amount to a fair bit with other people's order. I just placed an order for three PF Battles singles. I believe as a PF Battles subscriber, I am supposed to get a 30% discount on those (correct?) but it looks to me that I just got the usual 15% Paizo advantage discount.

As I said - no big deal in my case (less than a coffee!), but for those ordering a significant number of minis, it could add up.

Hi Steve,

Thanks for the heads up! Of course I went to look at this issue only after I had canceled your Battles subscription per your other post, so our system was like "of course he doesn't get that discount!" I was able to manually fix it, however, and I've refunded the difference back to your card.

I'll be investigating these items on Monday when I have some folks who can answer questions I have about them, so we can make sure this isn't happening on a larger scale. Good looking out! Hope your weekend is going well :)


Thanks for that. From the sounds of the PF Minis boards, it's an intermittent problem at best (every IT team's favorite!) Some people are reporting that the discount is applying just fine, so maybe it was just me. :)
