Starfinder CRB pdf

Hello guys,

having problem with downloading Starfinder Corebook, the normal version and even the version with one pdf per chapter. Tried to sign out, sign in, tried the "Problems downloading this file? Click here." sign, didnt help either and my Download page is showing, that i downloaded it today, kinda lost here.

Hello Pallas Ambivalent,

I have attempted to download your digital asset and it worked for me successfully. This indicates that the asset is fine. In order to diagnose what is going wrong I'll need more details at exactly what step in the process the download fails.

When you first click the asset, it should start personalizing the PDF, it asks you to allow 30 seconds for this, but is usually done in 5-10 seconds. Then, you click the asset name again. It will then switch to the "Ready!" language and offer you the "Problems downloading this file, click here." option. You need to click the title of the PDF one more time before it will begin downloading. A total of 3 clicks at minimum. Once it does the download process will appear in your browser and the asset will be in your downloads folder. Can you let me know at which interval in the above process it gives you a problem? If it's not personalizing, doesn't download after displaying "Ready" or downloads an unusable file will give us a better jumping off point to investigate.

If you haven't yet, I'd recommend trying to download on a different browser, as well. Let me know the additional details on the issue when you can!

Oh yea, I am dumb arse, before trying to click on pdf link again i clicked the "Problems downloading this file? Click here." If i do it corectly It works just fine.
