I couldn't recreate the problem on my end, although I know this has been happening for plenty of people. Once our tech team can refocus after PaizoCon, we'll have them take a look at why this happens.
In the meantime, I submitted the order for you with the Crimson Throne expansion as the starting line item and chose the cheapest shipping method. You should soon receive a confirmation email for the order with all the details. I have suspended it until this Friday, to ensure that everything is acceptable to you before it ships. It occurred on three different pc I used and even on my phone safari... Glad you could create the order from your end.
By the way, does this order includes promo cards :)?
The notification e-mail stated one item will be shipped only.
Please go ahead with the order if the promos are included.

I have no doubt this is a very real persistent problem, not being able to recreate it on my machine just prevents me from getting the full experience and helping to identify what's going on!
The promo cards are indeed included! They don't show up as a line item, but the warehouse should include them when the order goes out. I'll go ahead and add it as a line item however, just to be sure they don't miss it for you! I'll unsuspend the order and allow it to join the shipping queue. It'll be on its way to you soon!
