So if I'm a Abyssal bloodline Bloodrager who is also a Skinwalker wereboar, if I'm in boar form and choose the hoof attacks can I attack with both my claws and hoofs? Or would they overlap die to limbs?

I'm not 100% sure, but I assume hoofs are on your feet and claws are on your hands (claws on your feet are called "talons" in PF).
Your GM might rule that you need at least one limb on the ground, but the general rule is 1 natural attack per limb, and otherwise no limit.
