Possible issue with a Paizo order

Hello,

last Monday the postman arrived at my place with a foreign package. There was some money to be paid on delivery for custom fees, but the postman didn't have the change. He told me that he would came back the next day, but he hasn't done so. Unfortunately, he didn't leave me a reference number of some kind and thus I'm unable to track the package at the post office. Although, I?m not 100% positive, I think that it is likely that it was a package from Paizo. Is there some shipment number associated with the last packages that I can use to track it?

The two most recent packages we have sent you are from order 7832519 and 7820453. If you have already received these packages, I don't think the package brought to your door was from us. If you are missing either of these, Order 7832519's package ID is 3188194 and it's Shipment ID is 3153992. Order 7820453's package ID is 3188161 and the Shipment ID is 3153967.

Hopefully these ID numbers help you inquire to the specific package! Unfortunately we don't have any additional tracking information to help you. If you find that the package has been sent back to us and you need a replacement, please let us know. Thank you!

I'm sorry, I forgot to get back to you about this. After spending quite some time on the phone and at a couple of post offices, I was able to get a hold of all "errant" Paizo shipments. The one I referred in my post and another one that sat in customs for over a month! With the Italian Customs a the Postal Service, getting your RPG products from abroad is half the adventure!
