Is there a spell/enchantment/potion/amulet/etc. that can temporarily turn a nonhuman humanoid into a human? I have a Lizardfolk in the campaign I'm currently running and was curious if there was a way for her to LOOK human. I don't care if all her stats and things stay the same. I just want her to basically be disguised as a human.

What level is she?
A Hat of Disguise might be your best bet, as the only other way I can think of to do it would be to have that creature be a high level sorcerer with the Shapechanger bloodline who can cast Alter Self and have it last for an hour per caster level.

Going by the book, this doesn't take any magic. You can just make a Disguise check. Disguising your species is only a -2 penalty.
If the GM won't go for it:
Disguise Self spell (if you can cast it)
Hat of Disguise is pretty cheap at 1,800 gp.

How long do you need? Disguise self is a 1st-level spell that can change your apparent subtype (e.g. humanoid(lizardfolk) to humanoid(human)) for 10 min/level. If you can't cast spells, someone else could use disguise other on you (same thing but 2nd level).

She is level 10, but she is also a barbarian... so no spells for her unfortunately.
Hat of Disguise says it is an illusion, what does that mean as far as being able to see through it?| BaiRenYi |

I wasn't sure how a disguise check would work considering she is a 7 foot lizard. In another campaign, the tiefling does disguise, but she looks a lot more human to start with.

There was a recent thread discussing that same issue.
Maybe you could paint yourself silver and pretend you're wearing an elaborate suit of armor?

Do you expect this lizardfolk to be touched physically? The main problem with an illusory disguise is the fact that the lizardfolk might be taking up more space than her illusionary human form, so someone who gets too close might inadvertently feel something that they shouldn't.
But the Greater Hat of Disguise duplicates the Alter Self spell rather than the Disguise Self spell, so that might be one way around that problem.
