While I have a subscription to Pathfinder Society Scenarios, 10-14 and 10-15 have been skipped. I have received 10-12, 10-13, 10-16, and 10-17.
Secondly, my last two Adventure Path subscription items (The Tyrant's Grasp 1 and 2) have only one file each; usually, there are two files, one for single file and one for separate chapters. Has this changed?

I noticed that as well and from what I can gather Paizo has decided not to give us the 1 file per chapter for the last 1st edition AP.
Looking back, scenarios 9-14, 9-15, 9-16, and 9-17 were also not processed.
9-14 and 9-15 suddenly processed a few minutes ago.

I have processed the order containing scenarios 9-14 and 9-15. I'm not sure what held that one up. You should now have those scenarios on your account. 9-16 and 9-17 appeared to suffer from a similar issue. These have now also been processed and are on your account.
I was doing some investigation before posting, so that's likely why you noticed me part way through the process.
The Adventure Path PDFs are no longer going to come in the file per chapter format. The single file version should be the only one you see now, and this is normal. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
Thank you for freeing up the scenarios.
As for the AP PDFs, good to know. :) I generally use the single-file versions, but I have collected the various chapter-files.
