Correct. It's a trait, and the vast majority of typed bonuses given from traits are trait bonuses.

I could be wrong, but wasn't there something about traits defaulting to "trait" bonuses if no type is given (as opposed to "untyped" bonuses)?

Either way it's not that unusual. From the core rulebook we get:

Halfling Luck: Halflings receive a +1 racial bonus on all saving throws.

I'd feel like you'd be more mad if you found out that all these were luck bonuses, and thus didn't stack.
