I have deleted the older card. It was likely being sticky for you because your old card was still set as the default for subscriptions and your sidecart. I have changed these defaults and deleted the card. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. Thank you!
Sorry about that. I really did try to switch the card as soon as I got the new one. I activated it the same day as I entered it here.
Oh, one more thing. I somehow got two copies of the same map folio in my sidecart. I just want ONE copy.

I have the first two Tyrant's Grasp books, and I would like to restart my subscription and get the books I am missing as well from the TG series (and of course the map folio).
I need to know how much you are going to bill me for the catch up etc. You can send it all at once with the current subscription TG book.
Oh, and I added in People of the River (nonmint). I'd like that shipped with the rest of the order.
Also, is there a book for characters that CREATE undead? I have one for combating them, and Horror Adventures, but that's it.
I also have Heroes of the High Court in my cart.
Oddly, it says that I ordered all of these back on April 4th. WTF! I certainly don't have any of them, and I don't have any of the pdfs so.... Yes, I do want them.

I have unsuspended your subscription. This has populated your sidecart with your the items that have been missed since suspending your subscription. As such, I removed the duplicates of these items from your cart. You also still have a Tyrants Grasp Folio in your sidecart, so I removed the second one from your cart as well. I have moved the other two items you were looking to get into your sidecart as well. The reason the site mentioned you'd already bought them was likely because when you have a suspended subscription (different from previously canceled subscription), adding the same subscription as though you are going to start that subscription anew makes the system think you want 2 of it, so it will give a warning that you already purchased those items (as they will be received as part of a subscription you already have, but that is suspended).
We will be generating these subscription orders (and everything else in the sidecart) this Thursday, June 6th. Until then I don't know the complete details of the order until the new item is added in, but with all of the current items, your shipping cost is $5.32 and the price for items is $78.27.
If you are going to need more of a delay on the order than this Thursday, please let me know. It will be very simple to suspend your subscription again so the order does not generate and authorize, and we can instead get the order going whenever you are ready.
As to your questions regarding a book that has rules for characters that create undead and control them, I don't know. That may be a question the broader community can be greater assistance with, especially if you have a very specific kind of character or necromancy in mind. I assume you are looking for something additional beyond the Create and Animate dead spells along with Command and Control undead spells, which is my extent of knowledge on necromancy options that sound in line with what you are hoping to do.
Yes, I will need more of a delay. I wish I didn't! I will restart my subscription in early July when my income restarts.
As for undead, I honestly don't know where I would go in the forums to ask this question. Right now, I have a player with a dhampir sorcerer (undead bloodline), and a aasimar cleric of Pharasma (Death, Healing domains) in the party, both of which are interested in creating and controlling undead in my Mummy's Mask campaign.
We also have a Barbarian and a dhampir Rogue (burglar) in the party, but they aren't into controlling undead.
I was hoping to help them a mite. I am a little unusual as GM in that I don't consider zombies and skeletons to be evil or their creation evil. Unlawful maybe, but not evil because they are mindless automatons.

I'd probably suggest Pathfinder RPG Advice forum for telling people what kinds or flavor of character options you're looking for, and requesting that responses give the sources the options they suggest are from, so you get an idea of which book contains options you'd be interested in.
