I just got my copy of Adventure Path 140 (Eulogy for Roslar's Coffer). It jumps from page 16 to 33, goes up to page 48 and then starts at page 33 again. So I am missing pages 17-32. How can we fix this? Is there a replacement copy available?

I have the same problem with my copy I received yesterday. Should I open my own thread or will this suffice as request for a replacement?

I'm sorry to hear that your copies of this volume arrived with missing pages. If you are able, can you please send a picture showing the defect as clearly as possible to Customer.service@paizo.com? We like to keep documentation of the frequency of errors such as this.
I have set you both up with a replacement for the volume in your sidecart. It will ship out with your next subscription order. In the meantime I hope the digital copies will be sufficient if you need to reference those pages before the replacements arrive.
