I've recently become very interested in the Esoteric Order of the Palatine Eye. Is there an official list of their cathedral or chapter locations? Are they just localized in Ustalav? Or are there any Third Throne or larger elements elsewhere? I'm especially interested in Numeria and Starfall in particular. Seems to me they would be interested in keeping an eye on things there due to the proximity. Thanks in advance!

It seems like, due to the influence on social and political standing in Ustalav, that the order wouldn't really attract members who can't directly benefit from association with the group.
