In order to help diagnose what you are experiencing, I'll need a few more details.
When you first click on a download in the "My Downloads" section of your account, it will first give you the message that it is "Personalizing" and asks you to click again in 60 seconds. After waiting a bit, you should click the download again. It will then display a "Ready!" message. You will need to click the download one more time before the download begins and you will find the asset in the downloads file on your computer.
How far in this process are you getting before it doesn't download? Have you tried to click the "Problems downloading? Click Here!" link? You should attempt to click here only after clicking several times on the title of the asset you are downloading. This will refresh the asset to hopefully fix any issues.
In order to investigate more thoroughly the issue with the Module, I will need the owner of the account to request assistance. For your account and the Pathfinder Kingmaker Player's Guide, I attempted the download from my end and it was successful.
Ensure that you are clicking enough times and checking your downloads folder for the download. If it continues to give you trouble, please let me know the details of what stage the download stops functioning correctly!
