Checkout issue

I've been trying to purchase the Bestiary 6 as a pdf for 2 days now, it loops at step 4 (place your order).
yesterday it was saying transaction declined, so i called my bank and they said no request was received.
today it doesn't say declined but will not move further, im worried this will happen with my subscription as well

Hello Kunisagi,

I took a look at your account. I see that you had some difficulty with a decline on the card, but that today it appears to have cleared up and allowed the payment to go through and the order to complete. Due to the vague "General decline of the card" reason, I can't see what changed to allow the order to submit, but I'm glad it sorted out for you!
