Thank you looking into this and getting this sorted out so quickly. I have no idea why the box would have been returned, unless the postal service failed to deliver to the correct address.
I did a search through my email and found the email you referenced. I can only figure that when it came in, I just assumed it was the announcement that my order was under way.
As always, the Paizo customer service is top-notch.
