Hello,
I'm trying to complete an order of several items in my cart, with the Reign of Terror book to ship later with my subscriptions. I select place my order and have funds to process the order but the transaction is showing declined on Paizo's side.
The $129.79 that miniatures cost is now showing several times on my bank, and I called my bank to make sure that the card was working.
Is there a way to get the order to process against one of the authorizations already pending on my card?

Hello RAdeMorris,
The reason that the order is not submitting, and the transaction is declined on our side, is because it is not passing the Address Verification System check. This indicates that the billing address you have entered for the card on Paizo.com does not match the billing address your bank has on file for the card.
This specific decline occurs after contact with your bank. Your bank confirms that the card is good and gives the details it has to our card processor. When that information comes back, it compares the billing addresses and declines at that point. This means that your bank puts a hold on the funds expecting the transaction to be completed, but we cannot complete it due to the mismatching billing addresses.
I have put in authorization reversal requests for all of the currently pending authorizations, as due to the billing address issue we cannot finalize any of them. These should disappear from your account soon.
In order to successfully submit the order, however, we will need to ensure that we have the updated billing address for your card.
