Order #7701692 was placed on Feb 11th 2019 and is still showing pending.

I realize it's only been 10 days however all my previous orders were really quick at finalizing and shipping. I also realize you've had some bad weather that held things up. I just wanted to have someone take a look and see if maybe there is something else holding it up. If so please let me know if maybe i've done something wrong placing the order.

I'm sorry about the unusual delay you experienced with your order. We recently had some unsafe weather conditions in the Pacific Northwest that caused our office to close February 11th, 12th, and 13th last week. This is likely what caused the delay you were not used to as we are catching up on the orders and shipments that had compiled during that time.

I can see, however, that you order shipped earlier today! We are quickly catching up on shipping those orders and your products are on their wait to you now!
