I have been waiting patiently for some time now. I live in Minnesota so I know snow. However, this is overboard. Please mail me my order!

As I mentioned in your other forum post, regardless of snow, we are still within the typical window for subscription shipping and will update the February shipping thread should our shipping end date need reevaluating.

Please refer to each months shipping thread if you need updated on when we expect the shipping window to end, and if there are any delays impacting subscription orders.


To be entirely frank, just because you call it the typical window does not change the fact that I ordered these items a long time ago, and it is nearly the end of the month.

This is poor service.

I'm sorry you feel that way. The subscriptions generate, process, and ship out on a schedule that we set each month. This schedule is recorded in that month's shipping thread, and it is always possible that your order may not ship until the end of that estimated window. This the structure we have for subscriptions to ensure that everyone has a timeframe during which they can expect their subscriptions to ship, and that gives us enough time to ship all of the subscription orders.

It sounds like the wait to have items ship with your subscription shipments is not up to your expectations. We unfortunately cannot guarantee the timelines that you expect for your orders based on our subscription shipping model. We understand if you need to re-evaluate your preferred ordering method if allowing items to wait in the sidecart and ship with your subscription item is not fitting the timeline you require.
