Then where do space goblins get the scrap to make their junklasers and junkcycles?Everything is made out of UPBs and everything can be recycled No more junk yards!I could have sworn Pathfinder Kobolds enjoyed trash heaps.
I might be misremembering that from much earlier versions of D&D, though.
You realize there is a technomancer cantrip to turn general debris into junked electronics?

I admire the idea that the final, untold tale of Golarion is a Kobold taking the Starstone test, winning divinity and then telling everyone "You no take planet!" and then kicking everyone out.
