Order stuck and won't confirm

Hey I have hit a snag. I have got some stuff I'm trying to order but every time I click "Place Order" it keeps sending back to my shopping cart without giving me a confirmation or order number. I have tried it on my desktop and mobile but neither are confirming the order. All of steps 1-3 are green and clear but I am only having trouble placing the order. Any Ideas?

Last night I took a look at your order and noticed that you were still in the middle of editing your cart, so I waited to interfere so as not to cause any technical problems, and allow the system another chance to submit.

It appears that you were able to get several orders submitted, so I'm glad the issue seems to be resolved for you! I'm also happy to see that you were able to take advantage of the First Ten shipping discount and two of your orders are making their way through the warehouse currently.

Your final package contains some items that may take up to 16 days before they are ready to ship out to you, so do not be alarmed of this final package does not depart right away.

Thanks for getting back with me. I cleared my cart and started over and left off some stuff that I still had on pending orders and it finally confirmed. As far as delivery times, I'm not really worried over the time frame. Once again thanks for the response.
