Hi guys
I’m trying to submit an order with the holiday discount through, but my card keeps getting declined. I’ve checked the address and it’s as exactly matching to what my bank have as I can make it - i’ve even removed a comma from the first line. The only differences are that your system is capitalising the county, and the country option i’ve Had to choose is Great Britain, whilst the bank rightly have it as the United Kingdom. The authorisations are getting through at the other end, so I’m not sure what’s causing the trouble.

I'm sorry you've been experiencing some payment method issues. I took a look and you are indeed correct that the system is throwing an Address Verification System failure, indicating that the billing address does not match what we are getting from your bank.
Contacting your bank to gain additional information about might be causing the discrepancy in the billing address might be your best bet. We get no additional information other than the billing address being the reason for the decline.
I wish I could provide more assistance in overcoming the decline, but there is little we can do if our method of card verification is not satisfied.

Weird.
Despite having exactly the same address attached to them at both ends, using my debit card has worked.
Please would it be possible to suspend the mail part of my just done order 7671478 - I'm going to resume and combine it with the next subscription order.

I'm glad you were able to find a method that worked for you! I'm also not sure why it would have a problem with one card and not the other.
I have suspended the physical part of the order. Please just drop us a line when your subscription order has generated and we can combine the orders to ship together. I unfortunately do not have the tools to do this in advance. We anticipate order generation for February to begin on February 7th.

Your payment method did throw an Address Verification System failure, indicating that your Billing Address may need to be updated. If you require any assistance in doing this, please let us know.

Hi guys,
This order has now shipped, but when I checked my downloads, I don’t seem to have received the file-per-chapter version of TheDead Roads, just the single file version - would it be possible to see what’s going on?

Oh.
That’s a very disappointing decision, especially made unannounced.
A hundred plus page pdf is practically useless for me, and so it’s only the fact that the subscription is 30% off the cover price rather than 15% of the advantage that’s keeping me going.
Please could you feed back to whomever is responsible for this that if it ever gets also aplied to the rule book line, then i’d definatenly be cancelling that line straight away- rulebook shipping already pushes me to the edge, and getting a workable pdf is what balances it out .
