Hi all,
I've just purchased a Syrinscape sound pack for my games. In my download page, however, I'm not able to download the product. It makes me click on a link reading "Click here to fetch serial number". When I click, however, it just brings me to the top of the page.

What should I do?

It is quite urgent, so please help me solve this problem as soon as possible.

I want to purchase some more sound packs but scared each of them will end up the same way.

Thanks for following up! We're closed on weekends, and I believe Syrinscape is as well, so today would have been the earliest we could hear back from them. I don't see any responses in our inboxes, but if we don't hear back by tomorrow, we'll go ahead and follow up with them. The time it takes can vary, depending on how full both of the inboxes involved are.
