In the interests of correcting the record:
Owlcat games saw my second post on kickstarter and emailed me immediately. They pointed out that they had replied to me the first time (I missed it) and that they'd never received an email query from me.
When I dug through my sent items to resend it, turns out I emailed a completely different company (I think the email field autofilled or something and I didn't notice) who never bothered to let me know they'd got it in error.
So apologies to the Owlcat Games people - they replied to me promptly both times I actually contacted them. (And ignored me when I emailed someone else :p).

I’m not sure, but (once I emailed them correctly!) they were very helpful.
This is the most recent shipping update
There was this annoying thing where you had to go setup an account on Owlcat Games site, enter your details there and then email them. I REALLY wish they’d found a way to automate exporting Kickstarter details to their own site, but c’est la vie. I’m sure there’s a reason, but it is annoying to have to open yet another online account.
If you want to “get the ball rolling” again, I’d email them at: team@owlcatgames.com
You can probably check there what steps you specifically need to take (and get a list of what you were entitled to).
Sorry I can’t be more specific - this Kickstarter got a bit stretched out and fractured for me, so I lost sight of how everything was supposed to work. I’d reiterate though, they were very helpful in sorting out my issues via email.
