but when is the offical plans for paizo pathfinder 2.0 and when it comes out will first edition still come out?

There should be a blog about that some time in the next few months.

They have already said that, while they will produce no more PF1 products after Gen Con, they will keep the existing products in print as long as there is a demand for them.

Paizo's said they will still print and sell the PF1 "pocket edition" books as long as there's a sufficient market for them.

Also, PDFs will still be sold through the webstore.

But there won't be any new releases for PF1.
