I'm trying to figure out how a Large Power Armor suit treats 'your hands' vs. those of the suit. For example, will a Called (fusion) weapon appear in your armor's hands, or in yours within the cockpit? Can you cast a touch spell and deliver it while wearing powered armor? Etc. In other words, while it is clear that my hands and the armor's are not physically the same, do effects revolving around my hands use the armor's instead?
Likewise, if an ability lets me teleport, does the armor come with me (it IS armor after all), or would it stay behind like a vehicle?
Thanks!

Nothing in the power armor descriptions or rules makes it seperate from the wearer for any of the purpses you have asked. It is armor. Just like light and heavy armor.
If you would not ask those questions of light or heavy I don't think you need to ask them about powered.

Well, there's this from Armory:
"Hands
Powered armors of Large or greater size use their own arms and hands, rather than allowing the user to manipulate objects or weapons with their own hands. Operating such a suit of powered armor requires all your hands to be free (within the armor’s cockpit) and allows you use of all the armor’s hands. Large and bigger suits of powered armor have two arms and hands unless specified otherwise.
Powered armors of Medium or smaller size allow the operator to use its own limbs (however many that is), and does not require any hands be free in order to operate the functions of the powered armor."

I still see nothing in there that says that anything at all is different in handling items in any way. It is interesting fluff about large armor suits but it provide no rules or inferences that you should handle gear in any way different.
Your making mountains out of nothing.

I guess the question would be what's your intention? What are you getting at? Do you just want a melee weapon to appear in your hand? Do you want to teleport into or out of the armor?
Do you wish to manipulate an item while within the armor?
Are you attempting to create a circumstance which gives you an advantage in the game through power armor?
What is your goal with the question?

Generally speaking, I find answering based on intentions to be counter to the idea of finding out how the rules to a game work, and more in-line with questions for advice or house-ruling. That said, the intention is to treat the armor as armor rather than something I'm sitting inside. The pictures of the large power armors in armory are not drawn to the appropriate scale, based off of the one in which you see a human head, and so don't give a feel for how these look in-game. A called weapon SHOULD go to the hand of the armor, not your own hand. Teleport SHOULD teleport you with your armor, since you are wearing it, despite the size difference. But the rules made this unclear. Certainly that's how I would rule things in a game I ran, but I tend to try to play it safe in organized play, as it is frustrating to have a GM tell you that the character is unusable due to their interpretation of the rules. That said, thinking over the local GMs, I find it unlikely that there will be a problem with the character at that level at least.
