Looks like our report crashed sometime around 1am this morning, so I'm working on getting everything in place to start it back up again. If you haven't received your confirmation email yet, you're likely just in the group of folks it hasn't reached yet. I'll keep this thread posted as the day goes on, and I'll letcha know when we're all done. Don't hesitate to ask if there are any questions in the meantime!

Our report is still crawwwwwwwwwling along, but unfortunately is not finished yet. It's pretty close to the end, but one of us will be sure to poke our head in tomorrow to make sure that it finishes up and doesn't crash.
In the meantime, just let us know if you see anything wonky on your confirmation emails so we can look into them before we start shipping on Monday.

Looks like our report crashed less than 15 minutes after I left last night ಠ_ಠ
I've started it back up and it's humming along happily at the moment. We'll keep checking in on it to make sure that it finishes up. For the folks who have commented about their orders, we'll be sure to look at those first thing on Monday so we can make sure any potential problems are ironed out before we start shipping.

The order creation finished on Saturday evening. If you were expecting an order to be created and it is not in your order history, please let customer service know.
We're going to get started shipping either late this afternoon or early tomorrow to give folks who had orders created Friday and Saturday time to contact us with changes and for the warehouse to ship some of the regular orders that were placed last week when the warehouse was doing inventory.

Hey folks, we're working with our tech team and warehouse to figure out what is going on with shipping at the moment. So far, our system has been telling us that these orders are going out via the cheapest methods, so we're just trying to vet things and make sure we have all the correct information.

After talking to tech team and warehouse, it seems that these orders are actually going by the cheapest method by splitting up into separate packages. Our tech team made some updates to our shipping recently, and it seems that with the new info they input, it is actually cheaper for some international orders to be sent out in multiple envelopes instead of bundling together in a box.
We apologize for any confusion this may have caused! For the time being, it does seem that these are going to be the best options for shipping. If anybody wants to check which other shipping options are available for a given order, let us know and we can work with you to pick the one you prefer.
To answer Kevin's question: yes, subscriptions have started shipping so folks should start receiving their shipping confirmation emails as they roll out.

We were having an issue with packing slips getting generated for all orders that were ready and just did a code roll yesterday that has resolved the issue. We had the last batch of stuck orders kick out this morning and the warehouse is jamming on them now. I just checked and your order is in this batch so you should see it ship out by EOD today.
