Secondary Natural Attacks and Flurry of Blows?

Rules Questions

Does the feral combat training feat allow secondary natural attacks to occur as they would within the additional attack action? Furthermore, does the word "Augment" in the description of Kobold tail attachments imply that they keep the designations and attributes granted by the Feral Combat Training feat despite not technically being a monk weapon?

For example,

Kobold Monk (w/tail terror, feral combat training and/or other prereqs)

Waveblade (right hand), Waveblade (left hand), Tail Attachment / Waveblade (right hand), Waveblade (left hand), Tail Attachment

Oh, those messy, messy attachments.
I've seen good points argued on both sides for the tail still being a natural weapon, or becoming a light weapon, after putting the attachment on (and one argument that it allows you to choose to either use the tail slap as normal OR use it as a light weapon at will).

Personally, I'd be fine with it being either/and/or. However, in none of those cases would it grant an additional attack when used with flurry of blows. So, at level 6 (for an unchained monk) you'd get +6/+6/+1 for your attacks, any of which could be made with an unarmed strike, wave blade, or tail attachment. But you WON'T get 6/6/1 with unarmed/waveblade and also a tail attack for a total of 4 attacks. Feral Combat Training just lets you use it in FoB as you would an unarmed strike or waveblade.
